Here’s how we help:
Project management for home prep. We’ll create a custom plan to get your home market-ready, including suggested updates and staging. If needed, my team can meet with vendors, gather estimates, and oversee the work so you can focus on your move.
Access to Compass Concierge, fronting up to $25,000 for home improvements and moving costs. This money is paid back at closing. You must have a certain amount of equity in your home to qualify.
$2,000 listing fee discount. This savings is designed to help offset the cost of your move and is only available to Texit clients.
A network of trusted agents across the country. We'll connect you with a top-performing agent in your new city to help you find the right home and neighborhood.

What is Compass Concierge?
Compass Concierge is a popular program offered by my brokerage, Compass, that loans home sellers up to $25,000 to cover the cost of home improvements, staging, and moving services. The money is paid back at closing. Many of Lilly’s past clients have used Concierge to maximize their sale price while minimizing out-of-pocket expenses.
How does the $2,000 discount work?
As part of Texit, Lilly offers a $2,000 discount off her listing fee. This discount is designed to help offset your moving costs and ease the financial burden of relocating.
How does the agent referral network work?
Over the years, Rockwell Residential has built a personal database of highly vetted agents across the country. Lilly interviews every agent to ensure they match my standards of service and communication. In addition, she run a national group of solo agents within Compass, giving me deep relationships with top agents in every major market — so you’ll be in great hands, wherever you’re headed.
Why did Rockwell Residential develop this program?
Lilly Rockwell started the Texit program in 2025 after working with many clients who made the difficult decision to move from Austin to other states.While Lilly would love to join them, her husband’s career is rooted in Austin. So instead, she is doing the next best thing: helping people make their next chapter as smooth and successful as possible.
